A Message from the Head of Preparatory School
It is hard to believe that we are already halfway through the term. Our students have settled in beautifully to the school year, and it has been wonderful to see so much excellent learning taking place across our classrooms. There is a strong sense of purpose and enthusiasm throughout the Preparatory School, and we are very proud of the way our students have embraced the start of 2026.
Tuesday’s Pancake Day was a great success and a joyful celebration for our community. With over 600 pancakes ordered, there was much excitement around campus as students eagerly enjoyed this tradition. I am also delighted to share that we raised over $1,700 in support of the Uniting Church, a fantastic effort and a reflection of the generosity of our families.
A particular highlight of the day was the Pancake Running Race, which brought plenty of energy and friendly competition to the afternoon. Congratulations to Crown House for taking out the win!
As we move into the second half of Term 1, please take careful note of the key dates for upcoming events, including Athletics Week, Harmony Day and our Casual Clothes Day. There is much to look forward to in the weeks ahead.
