Westminster Weekly - Edition 44
Our Community Code of Conduct
At Westminster, we are proud of the strength of our community. The way we speak to and about one another, the respect we show and the trust we build each day all shape the experience our children have with us.
We would like to take this opportunity to remind all families of our Community Code of Conduct. It sets clear expectations for how we engage with one another and reflects the values we seek to model for our students.
This applies across all aspects of School life, at drop off and pick up, in conversations with other families, in communication with staff, at co-curricular activities and when representing our School in the wider community. In every setting, we ask that dialogue remains respectful and constructive, even when views differ.
We recognise that questions or concerns may arise from time to time. When they do, we encourage families to raise them directly with us so that we can listen, respond and work towards a positive resolution together. Open communication is important, and it is most effective when it is grounded in courtesy and goodwill.
Thank you for the care you show our community and for the part you play in upholding the standards that make our School a place where everyone feels valued and respected.
