Student Achievements - Edition 7 - 2019
Congratulations to the following students on their achievements...
Joyce Yap (Year 8 Jeffries) won a Gold Medal in the Judo State Competition last Sunday at Seacliff. Hopefully she will join the South Australia team to compete at the National Judo Competition 2019 in October at Cairns, Queensland.
Amelia Anderson (Year 11 Fricker) was part of the U17 State Netball team that competed in Brisbane last month, and won gold. Lucy Austin (Year 12 Clark) was part of the U19 State Netball team that also competed in Brisbane, and won gold. Both Amelia and Lucy have been selected for the National Netball squad and the National Tall Athlete squad. Congratulations Amelia and Lucy!
John Fretwell (Year 12 Dunstan) recently saved another student from choking by applying first aid efficiently and effectively. John has been awarded a Level 6 commendation, demonstrating the school values of courage and kindness, an outstanding achievement. Congratulations John!
