Performing Arts Centre and Dance Studio

The Michael Murray Centre for Performing Arts, opened in 1988, provides extensive facilities for music, drama, workshops, seminars, and associated events. It contains a concert hall that seats up to 800, and a drama theatre with seating for up to 215 (both can be combined into one venue). It also features a music rehearsal studio, keyboard laboratory, and numerous music practice rooms. Recently, we have undertaken to upgrade the sound and lighting in the theatre to make this a truly state-of-the-art centre, and one of a kind in South Australia.

The David Jarman Room, in the Sports and Swimming Centre, was opened in 2006, and is an excellent dance studio/performance space for our Dance program.
