Teacher of Agriculture and Science

Fixed term part time (0.4 - 0.6 FTE) for the 2020 school year.

We are seeking a suitably qualified and passionate Agriculture and Science teacher to join our team in the Senior School. You will be expected to maintain the highest standards of preparation for teaching and learning, student management, personal presentation and punctuality.

Director of Advancement and Marketing

We are seeking an authentic and inspirational person who lives and breathes the School’s Aspiration, Mission and Values for the position of Director of Advancement and Marketing. Highly collaborative with excellent interpersonal skills, you will have high levels of emotional intelligence, a customer service focus and extensive experience in a similar role.

Relevant tertiary qualifications are highly desirable along with strong skills in data segmenting, knowledge of contemporary and innovative fundraising methodologies, change management and team leadership.

Reporting directly to the Principal this position liaises with key School Community stakeholders, including School Council, Westminster Foundation Board and leaders of School Community groups.

The Director of Advancement and Marketing is a member of the School Leadership Team who will lead the Development Office team, function and programs.

Full-time. Fixed-term contract for 5 years

Risk and Compliance Officer

Permanent part time - 22.5 hours per week.

We are seeking an experienced Risk and Compliance Officer to support the Director of Corporate Services in the daily implementation of the risk, compliance, WHS and insurance systems and processes to assist the School in driving a culture of continuous improvement which underpins the risk, safety and quality culture of the School.

Broadly, this specialist role includes reporting, administration, risk and compliance documentation and all obligations specific to the management of workplace risks to ensure the health and safety of workers and others.
