Swimming Instructors

Casual

Swimming Instructors are responsible for teaching essential swimming skills to children of varying ages, providing children with the ability to develop water awareness, confidence, mobility and stroke technique.

We are seeking Swimming Instructors to join our team at Westswim Learn to Swim on a casual basis. The Swimming Instructor’s primary responsibilities will include:

  • Provide fun, safe and engaging swimming lessons to Westswim Learn to Swim participants.
  • Ensure the safety and wellbeing of Westswim Learn to swim participants and all rules and regulations within the centre are complied with.

Weeknight and weekend shifts available.

Farm Manager

Permanent – 0.7 to 1.0 FTE

A unique opportunity for a farm manager ready to step up to the next level.

The role is a hands-on position that supports the Head of Agriculture in the running of Sturt Grove Farm (Westminster’s onsite School Farm), the Agriculture Curriculum and the Agriculture Co-Curricular Program.

You will be enthusiastic and engaging, capable of working autonomously to achieve desired outcomes, and a great communicator able to relate well to adolescents. Experience working with livestock is fundamental to your success. Learning Support Assistant – Classroom support – Senior School

Commencing in Term 1 2022.

Permanent part-time – 25 hours per week, for 39 weeks per year (School term time only).

We are seeking an experienced Learning Support Assistants to provide in-class assistance for individuals and small groups of students with specific special learning needs in our Senior School. Demonstrating expertise and personal responsibility for student learning, you will support classroom teachers to establish an effective learning environment and tailor learning experiences and materials to support all students.
