Boarding Supervisors – Girls’ Boarding

Permanent Part-time – 15 to 20 hours per week for 39 weeks per year (during School term time only)

Commencing Monday 19 July.

We are seeking an experienced Boarding Supervisor to provide care and support for students living in the Girls’ Boarding House. In this role you will be expected to provide support for the Boarding program in supervising boarding students.

The Boarding Supervisor must be available to work 2-3 morning shifts 7am to 9am, and sleepover in the boarding house to be on-call and to respond to emergency situations on a rotating roster as required. Previous experience leading or supporting students in a boarding program, qualifications in ABSA Duty of Care, Boarding Fundamentals or Cert IV in Community Services and current Provide First Aid (or willingness to obtain) are essential requirements to this role.

We welcome applications from individuals who are approachable and personable in nature and present with a mature and sensible attitude. The ability to relate to adolescents with patience, compassion and a warm and friendly disposition is essential to this role. Previous experience in a boarding program will be highly regarded.
