HR Administrator

Fixed-term Part-time, 12-month contract – 22.5 hours per week, worked across 4 days.

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to perform transactional HR administration duties throughout the employee life-cycle to facilitate the delivery of high quality people management practices at Westminster. This includes end-to-end recruitment, on-boarding of staff, ensuring compliance with statutory and school requirements, and assistance with and contributing to continuous improvement of the Human Resource Management function.

Boarding Supervisors – Boys’ Boarding

Multiple casual positions available – working approximately 12 hours per week.

We are seeking Boarding Supervisors to join our Boarding team on a casual basis, providing care and active support for the Boarding program and students living in the Boys’ Boarding House.

We welcome applications from individuals who are approachable and personable in nature and present with a mature and sensible attitude. The ability to relate to adolescents with patience, compassion and a warm and friendly disposition is essential to this role.

Maintenance Officer

Permanent Part-time - 3 days per week.

We are seeking a motivated Maintenance Officer to carry out a range of general maintenance, repairs and programmed works to the Schools’ buildings, grounds, plant, equipment and infrastructure. The Maintenance Officer will have experience in general maintenance and/or building practices and is expected to work in a ‘hands on’ capacity, undertaking a range of preventative, planned and unplanned maintenance services to support the operations of the School.

Suitable candidates will have relevant trade qualifications and/or several years of practical experience and demonstrate sound knowledge of the use of and maintenance of relevant equipment. You will be a team player with good interpersonal skills, which will enable you to develop productive working relationships with staff and external stakeholders.
