Thank you for your interest in Westminster School. There are a number of steps to complete your child’s application and enrolment at Westminster.
The first is to reserve a place for your child at Westminster School by completing an Application for Admission form. This document applies for entry into any year level at the School for any student, including Early Learning, Boarding or International.
Applicants are waitlisted for future entry for their requested school year level and calendar year of entry in order of receipt of application. Please note that an Application for Admission does not itself constitute the final enrolment into Westminster School. An enrolment is only finalised when an offer of enrolment has been accepted and the completed enrolment agreement is returned to the School.
Once you have submitted an Application for Admission, we will share regular communication from the School, including the fortnightly Westminster eNews. This will enable you to keep updated and familiar with what is happening at the School before the enrolment process begins.
Applicants are placed on a waitlist for the requested year level and year of entry in order of receipt of their application. We recommend that you return your form as soon as possible after you have made your decision to apply. Please be aware, an Application for Admission does not itself constitute enrolment into Westminster School.
Once you have registered, you will receive regular communication from Westminster School, including the Westminster eNews. This will enable you to stay up-to-date with what is happening on the School campus and make an informed decision about enrolment.
Offers of Enrolment are made up to two years prior to a student’s start date. If an Application for Admission is received for a more immediate start, the timeline for an offer will be reduced accordingly.
After receiving an Offer of Enrolment, you are invited to complete the Enrolment Agreement for your child. The Enrolment Agreement will be accessible via an online link sent by the Enrolments Team. The completed Enrolment Agreement will confirm all student information and finalise the enrolment process.
Closer to your child’s start date, we will be in contact with information about orientation opportunities and you will be invited to meet with the Head of School as determined by your child’s entry year level.
