Book Week Celebrations
Book Week will be celebrated from Monday 24 August to Friday 28 August, with a range of activities designed to inspire a love of reading and storytelling.
Our much-loved Book Week Parade will take place on Friday 28 August, and we look forward to seeing students bring their favourite book characters to life.
Grandparents Day
We are delighted to welcome grandparents and special friends to Westminster on Friday 21 August for our annual Grandparents Day celebration. This special event provides an opportunity for students to share their learning and School experiences with those who play such an important role in their lives.

Father's Day Celebrations
Prep School Father's Day celebrations will be held on Friday 4 September. More details regarding activities and event timings will be shared with families in the coming weeks.
Pupil Free Day and Camp Week
Please note that Monday 7 September is a Pupil Free Day.
The week also marks the beginning of our Prep School Camp Week, providing students in Years 2 to 6 with valuable opportunities to build independence, confidence, friendships and a sense of adventure through age-appropriate camp experiences.
Camp information for students in Years 2 to 6 can be found under your child's year level page on the Parent Portal. Families are encouraged to review this information ahead of camp preparations.
School and Sibling Photo Ordering
School photo ordering is now open.
Families can now order individual, class and sibling photos by visiting eventphoto.com.au and entering the following access keys:
- Individual and Class Photos: westminster26
- Sibling Photos: westminsterfam26
To receive early bird pricing, please place your order by 6.00 am on Wednesday 26 August.

ICAS is back for 2026
Registrations for the 2026 ICAS assessments for students in Years 3 to 6 close on Monday 28 July.
ICAS provides an opportunity for students to challenge themselves through optional online assessments across a range of subjects, including English, Mathematics, Science, Digital Technologies, Writing and Spelling Bee.
Assessments will take place before School from 3 to 28 August, with an 8.00 am start each morning (students must arrive by 7.50 am).
To participate, registrations must be completed online via the ICAS Parent Payment System, which can be found here.
Participation is entirely optional and at parent discretion.
