Yoga

Yoga in the Prep School offers a calm and welcoming space for students to move, stretch and learn simple mindfulness skills. Sessions focus on balance, breathing and body awareness helping students develop confidence and a sense of wellbeing. Yoga encourages students to slow down and connect with themselves while enjoying gentle movement alongside their peers - the program is led by a professional instructor.
