Netball

Westminster has a proud and sustained history of excellence in Netball across both the Prep and Senior School. The Prep School program has been the starting point for many players who have gone on to represent the School at Premier League level as well as further opportunities at State and National level.

At its core, Prep Netball is about providing a fun and positive experience where every student feels supported to learn and grow. The program welcomes students who are new to the game as well as those with existing skills. Training focuses on developing strong fundamentals, movement and teamwork in a friendly and inclusive environment.

Our coaches are committed to creating a sense of belonging and encouraging every student to do their best. Match play is structured to ensure participation and appropriate levels of competition so that students can enjoy playing with their peers while also being challenged at a level that suits their stage of development.

This balanced approach allows students to enjoy Netball, build confidence and develop a love for the game that can continue into the Senior years and beyond.
