Basketball
Basketball in the Prep School at Westminster is a welcoming and inclusive program that supports students at every stage of their development. We cater for those learning to play for the first time as well as students with previous experience. Training and games are structured to ensure all players feel supported and part of a positive team environment. With a number of teams across year levels, students are provided with strong opportunities for meaningful court time and ongoing skill development.
Team Information
Season: Term 1 and 4 (Summer)
Competition: Year 2/3 – Wednesday between 4.00 pm-6.00 pm. 5 aside games (girls, boys or mixed) played at either Marion, Mitchell Park or Pasadena
Competition: Year 3/4 – Tuesday between 4.00 pm-6.00 pm. 5 aside games (girls, boys or mixed) played at either Marion, Mitchell Park or Pasadena
Competition: Year 5/6 – Monday between 4.00 pm-6.00 pm. 5 aside games (girls, boys or mixed) played at either Marion, Mitchell Park or Pasadena
Training: Wednesday 2.10 pm-3.30 pm
Uniform: Westminster sports uniform.
