Boys Vox Combo

Boys Vox Combo is open to interested students in Years 7 – 12 who already participate in a core ensemble.  Directed by a visiting tutor and professional in their field, this ensemble is designed for students interested in developing their vocal skills, confidence as a performer and small ensemble experiences.  All students with the desire to develop confidence and performance skills are encouraged to join, along with those having individual vocal lessons.

This ensemble rehearses every Friday at lunchtime, from 12.45 – 1.30pm. Rehearsals start in Term 1, week 3 and then every Friday during school terms until the end of Term 4. Students will be required to arrive, ready to sing at 12.45pm. It is encouraged that students bring a packed lunch to school on these days and eat this before rehearsal. They need to bring their music, and a pencil to every rehearsal.

There are several performances throughout the year including most major music events. This group proves to be popular in performances and always receives a rousing response from audiences.
