LEGO Engineering & Robotics – Term 4 Club
Young Engineers will continue its LEGO Engineering & Robotics Club at Westminster Preparatory School in Term 4, offering students in Years 1–3 a hands-on way to explore STEM.
Through weekly sessions, students will investigate science, mathematics, engineering and robotics concepts while designing and building their own LEGO prototypes.
Sessions will run on Mondays from 3.30 pm to 5.00 pm across seven weeks, with places limited to 16 students.
Please note that due to building works for the new OSHC facility, Term 4 sessions will be held in Ms Best’s Year 1 classroom, next to the Health Centre.

Small Tags, Big Impact
In her role as Year 6 Service Leader, Maddie Harkin launched a Paper Bread Tag Competition to raise awareness about how even the smallest everyday items can make a difference when it comes to reducing waste.
Students across the Preparatory School collected paper bread tags at home and brought them along to House meetings each week.
Congratulations to Abbey House, who collected more than 500 grams of paper bread tags, helping keep them out of landfill.
Maddie has now recycled the collected tags in paper envelopes, completing the initiative with sustainability front of mind.
Keep collecting your paper bread tags at home and help turn small actions into a big impact.
