Green Door Records – Volume #1

Westminster’s student musicians are taking their original music beyond the School gates with the inaugural release from Green Door Records. 

Green Door Records – Volume #1 celebrates the creativity, originality and musical talent emerging from Westminster, featuring seven original tracks written and recorded by students. 

Spanning piano ballads, pop, rock, post-hardcore, metal and contemporary composition, the album showcases students developing not only as performers but as songwriters, composers, producers and artists. 

Green Door Records gives students an authentic insight into the contemporary music industry, taking their work from initial songwriting and arranging through to recording, production, professional mastering and release. 

Each track brings a different sound and creative perspective, reflecting the individuality of its creator and the confidence required to develop and share original work. 

The inaugural album marks the beginning of what is planned to become an annual Green Door Records release, creating an ongoing platform for Westminster musicians to have their original work professionally mastered, released and celebrated.
