Prep School Success on the National Stage

We are delighted to recognise three Westminster students who proudly represented South Australia at the School Sport Australia Track and Field Nationals in Canberra.

Maria Kowalczyk completed a demanding four-day program, often competing in multiple events each day. She showed exceptional determination in challenging conditions and claimed a well-deserved gold medal in the 800m Sprint Medley Relay.

Charlotte Williams-Cox was one of the busiest athletes of the meet, contesting the 1500m, 800m and running an outstanding 300m anchor leg in the 800m Medley Relay. She also served as Girls Captain for the South Australian team.

Will McManus, after captaining the SA Cross Country team last term, once again represented the State with distinction in the 800m and 1500m. His leadership and encouragement of teammates saw him recognised at the closing ceremony with a Certificate for Sportsmanship.

All three students displayed impressive dedication and resilience throughout the championships. Westminster is incredibly proud of the way they represented both South Australia and the School on the national stage.
