Preparatory School Camp Information Now Available
We’re pleased to share that all Camp information for Years 2 to 6 is now available on the Parent Portal.
Camps are a valuable part of the Westminster experience, offering students the chance to grow in independence, strengthen friendships and take on new challenges through a variety of engaging and age-appropriate outdoor activities. Each year level program is carefully designed and supported by Westminster staff to ensure a safe, positive and memorable experience for all.
Families can access key details via the link on the Parent Portal, including:
- Packing lists and what to leave at home
- Medical and safety information
- Communication during Camp
- Forms and administrative requirements, including Consent2Go
Please also include any additional information that may help us support your child during Camp (such as sleepwalking, night terrors or bedwetting) via the relevant eForm. We ask all families to complete this form by 5.30 pm on Friday 15 August (Week 4).
For any questions, please contact your child’s teacher. We look forward to another exciting season of Camps across the Preparatory School.
Term 3 Overviews and Planner Now Available
The Term 3 Year Level Overviews are now available on the Parent Portal, under your child’s year level. These provide a helpful snapshot of the learning experiences planned for your child this term.
You’ll also find the Term 3 Planner, designed to support families with key dates and important information across the coming weeks.
We encourage you to download and refer to this document regularly as it includes everything you need to stay connected and prepared throughout the term.

We look forward to welcoming families to our Book Week Parade, celebrating the 2025 theme, Book an Adventure.

Our students will bring much-loved stories to life as they arrive dressed as characters from books that spark imagination, curiosity and wonder. A coffee van will be on-site for families to enjoy a warm drink while taking in the morning’s festivities.

- Where’s Wally
