Dragon Cafe 7.30 AM to 5.00 PM

The café in the Forder Centre will be open on the day for you to purchase coffee and hot drinks. Payment by card only please – no cash.

Coffee Van 7.30 to 10.30 AM

There will be hot coffee for all to enjoy. Located by the netball courts from 7.30 - 8.00 am. Located by the main oval from 8.00 - 10.30 am. 

Sturt Grove Farm Shop 8.00 AM to 12.00 PM

Visit the Sturt Grove Farm Shop with specials on Merino lamb, sparkling wine, and local jams, plus enjoy coffee, cakes, smoked fish tastings, and meet our ewes and lambs on the Farm.

Canteen 8.00 AM to 2.30 PM

The Canteen will be open in the Forder Centre to purchase delicious refreshments, snacks and hot breakfast and lunch options. Payment by card only please – no cash.

BBQ & Donuts 8.00 AM to 3.00 PM

Westminster School Boarder Parents Association will be cooking a BBQ raising funds for the 2025 Vietnam Trip. In the morning, they will be serving bacon and egg rolls, followed by a BBQ later in the day. You can also show your support and purchase a Westminster or Pembroke themed donut.

Merchandise Stand 8.00 AM to 3.00 PM

Visit the Westminster merchandise stand on the Main Oval selling a range of supporter clothing and products.

Face Painting 8.00 AM to 3.30 PM

There will be face painting, glitter, stencil designs available on the day so you can show your own School pride.

Thomas Pavilion Upstairs Bar & Afternoon Tea 3.00 to 5.30 PM

The Thomas Pavilion Upstairs Bar will be open from 3.00 pm. Afternoon tea provided for parents, carers and special guests.

Trophies will be presented at the completion of the following games:

• Premier League Netball - Robyn Granger Netball Trophy, presented inside the Sports and Swimming Centre
• Senior A Boys Basketball - Brian Simons Trophy, presented inside the Sports and Swimming Centre
• 1st XVIII Girls AFL, presented in front of the Thomas Pavilion
• 1st XVIII Boys AFL - Robert Oatey Ray Trenorden Cup, presented in front of the Thomas Pavilion

• All visitors are asked to behave in a respectful manner towards players,
  officials and fellow spectators.
• In the interest of public safety, security staff will be present during the event.
• In the event of an emergency, please calmly follow directions of School staff and/or security staff.
• Due to liquor licencing, no alcohol is to be brought onto the campus.
• Drinks will be available to purchase when the Thomas Pavilion bar is open.
• Please follow signage and the directions of security regarding licenced areas.
• No glassware is to be taken outside of the Thomas Pavilion.
• Westminster School is a No Smoking facility.
• Use of inappropriate language and any inappropriate behaviour will result in removal from the School grounds.
• Please use bins provided for litter.
• The main entrance will be pedestrian access only. Parking will be available through Gate 4, Gate 1 and on the street.
• The Preparatory School Oval (through Gate 1) may also be available for parking, subject to weather and oval conditions.
