Students will take part in an 80-minute rotational program in groups of 10, moving through four 15-minute hands-on stations: Wine & Viticulture, Aquaculture, Sheep (Border Leicesters), and Chicken Eggs. Each station links simple practicals (e.g., reading labels and °Brix, testing water quality, basic body condition scoring, and egg grading/candling) to everyday life by exploring marketing, pricing, welfare, sustainability and the economic scale of each sector.
