At Westminster, we understand that strong communication between parents, teachers, and students is vital to creating a positive and supportive learning environment.

Our parent-teacher interviews offer a valuable opportunity for parents and caregivers to engage with teachers and gain insights into their child’s academic progress, achievements, and areas for improvement.

These meetings help to strengthen the partnership between home and school, ensuring that each student has the support they need to succeed and reach their full potential.

Through open discussions, we aim to collaboratively set goals and strategies to support continued growth and development.

How to book an interview

This year, we have implemented a new booking system, called Booked, to ensure a smooth process for parents.

To book an interview, click here. Alternatively, you can download the Booked app on your mobile device and enter the School's code: 56991.

You will login using your PIPs account which you have already used for co-curricular nominations.

Your children and their classes will already be filled out, all you are required to do is book a time.

Please note, all booking times are in Adelaide time (ACST).

Online interviews

The Teams link for the online interview will be available on the day of the interview Wednesday 29 April, via the Booked system. It will appear in the Location section next to each booking. You can then share this link with your child so they can join the Teams call. Please note this will not automatically sync to your calendar.

Please ensure you have a stable internet connection and a quiet space to attend the meeting.

What to expect

Teachers will discuss your child’s academic progress, social development, and any other concerns you might have.

Feel free to come prepared with any questions or specific topics you would like to discuss. It's helpful to have an open conversation about your child's goals, learning style, and any support they might need.
