About the Foundation

Since the School’s inception in 1961, Westminster School has benefited from the generous support of our community and working together to achieve many amazing milestones. This culture of giving was the driving force in the establishment of the Westminster School Foundation in 1987. Today, the Foundation supports the current and future priorities of the School through the provision of new and improved educational and learning facilities and providing scholarships for promising students regardless of circumstances.

School fees and government grants alone do not provide for the advancement of the School and thus the work of the Foundation is vital in supporting the School’s vision to build an exceptional learning environment.

Foundation Membership

Foundation membership is open to all donors with cumulative giving of $2,500 or more. Foundation members enjoy several benefits including invitations to special events and opportunities to engage with the wider School community. All members are awarded Foundation life membership and are recognised on the Honour Wall in the Michael Murray Centre for Performing Arts.
