For more than 35 years, Christine has held senior leadership roles across some of the world's leading defence organisations, including BAE Systems, Lockheed Martin, Leidos Australia and Northrop Grumman.
A passionate advocate for workplace diversity and women in national security, Christine's impact extends well beyond her executive leadership roles. Throughout her career, she has championed greater opportunities for women in defence and helped pave the way for future leaders in the sector.
Christine chairs the Defence Trailblazer for Concept to Sovereign Capability, serves on the RAA Board and the Port Adelaide AFLW Football Committee, and has served as both a member and Co-Chair of the South Australian Premier's Council for Women.
In 2023, Christine was named Female Defence Executive of the Year.
The following year, she received the Lifetime Achievement Award and was inducted into the Australian Defence Women's Hall of Fame in recognition of her decades of leadership and service to the sector.
