When students leave Westminster they are immediately recorded as a member of the Westminster Old Scholars’ Association (WOSA).

Over a lifetime there could be any number of changes to contact details. We encourage our Old Scholars to update their details through our website to stay informed about what is happening in our Old Scholar community and at Westminster.

Each Old Scholar determines their own level of involvement with WOSA and the School. Many continue their connection through the various activities that are held each year by the Association and affiliated sporting/activity clubs.

Past students can renew former School friendships at the Annual Dinner held each year in August. In any year, there is at least one interstate reunion and a School community regional dinner, usually in line with the Boarder Parents’ Association weekend away. International Old Scholar Dinners are also held with London typically being every three years.

Our annual Old Scholars’ Day (last Friday in July) features a School tour, Old Scholars’ Assembly and ‘student vs Old Scholar’ mini-sporting carnival. All Old Scholars are welcome back to Westminster School on this day, particularly Old Scholars who are celebrating or have already achieved their 50th anniversary. Old Scholars who have reached and passed this milestone will receive a special invitation to Old Scholars’ Day.

Reunions are held to recognise 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50 year anniversaries, while less formal events celebrate 1, 5 and 25 year anniversaries.

If we have the necessary details recorded, Old Scholars are invited by email and post several weeks before their reunion event. To ensure a firsthand invitation, we ask that your contact details, particularly postal, email and mobile, are kept current with us.
