Reunions 2020

Here are the key dates for next year’s Reunion program to save the date if 2020 is special milestone for you. Later this year, another ‘save the date’ will be emailed to you (if we have a valid email for you – you can update this through the OS website accessed through the School’s website or email os@westminster.sa.edu.au). Events will also be set up on WOSA’s facebook page and through the group. If we have no email for you, invitations will be posted at least six weeks prior to the event:

Saturday 29 February – Class of 2010 10 Year Reunion (Lunch)
Friday 6 March – Class of 2015 5 Year Reunion (Drinks)
Friday 1 May – Westminster Golf Day (The Vines) – all welcome
Friday 22 May – Class of 1995 25 Year Reunion (Drinks)
Friday 29 May – Class of 1990 30 Year Reunion (Dinner)
Friday 12 June – Class of 2000 20 Year Reunion (Dinner)
Friday 19 June – Class of 1980 40 Year Reunion (Dinner)
Friday 31 July – Old Scholars’ Day – all alumni welcome - note new date
Friday 31 July – Class of 1970 50 Year Reunion (Lunch) – note new date
Tuesday 4 August – Class of 2019 1 Year Reunion (Drinks)
Friday 7 August – WOSA Annual Dinner – all alumni welcome – note new date
Saturday 17 October – BPA Community Dinner (Wudinna)

It is with sadness that we advise of the passing of the following Old Scholars:

Gary Truran (’68)

Gary passed away on Friday 29 November 2019. The father of our former Head of Agriculture, Sarah Truran, Gary was a Foundation student along with his identical twin Brian Truran. He was married in the Sir Shirley Jeffries Memorial Chapel and his funeral will be held there, 11.00 am on Saturday 7 December – all welcome. Our thoughts are with Gary’s family.

Nigel Campbell (’73)

Following a long bout of ill health, Nigel passed away in November 2019. Our condolences to Nigel’s daughters and family.
