Stormwater Upgrade in Alison Avenue

Over the last two weeks of School, there are only a few days needed to reseal the roadway so for some days there will be no council activity at all in Alison Avenue. In the meantime, the City of Marion will undertake to water spray the unsealed sections in order to minimise the dust. Thank you again for your patience in relation to this City of Marion project.

Optus Proposed Small Cell Installation - corner of Farne Terrace and Alison Avenue

After extensive lobbying by the School and parents, we have been advised that Optus has withdrawn its proposal to locate a small cell on the light post near the corner of Farne Terrace and Alison Avenue. Optus will be considering another location but is yet to advise us where this might be. Of course, they may not be required to do so if it is not within close proximity to the School. We do understand, however, that any new proposal will still need to go through a similar process of community consultation.
