Early Learning to Year 12

Friends of Westminster - Edition 6 - 2021

Friends of Westminster (FOW)

As the overarching group that brings our community groups together, we will be holding our Term 2 meeting in the coming weeks to which members of our School community are invited. Amongst other activities, we keep a register of volunteers to call on when we have events at Westminster. Of course, we are grateful for this assistance. In the next eNews, we will outline our meeting details, which we expect will be around mid-term.

Friends of Music (FOM)

At the Jazz Night at The Gov in Hindmarsh, we drew our Friends of Music raffle.

The following tickets were drawn in order to claim one of five prizes:

Renee Douglass – Clare Accommodation
Michelle Blewitt – Train Station Accommodation
Simon Jarrad – Vuly Trampoline
Larissa Caudle – Wine
Max Thompson – Wine

We congratulate all winners and thank everyone who bought a ticket in the raffle to support our Friends of Music Ivory Keys Raffle. The proceeds will be used towards the purchase of replacement tuition pianos as we gear up for the new Music Centre, opening in 2022.

Of course, we thank all of our sponsors who supported our raffle with prizes – the Nolis family, the Gomez family, Vuly trampolines and the Insanally family (Lost Buoy Wines).
