Thank You

Throughout the last 10 days, I have been constantly amazed at our community and how it has gone about looking after each other. Families helping families, talking and connecting online. It has been a really tough time for South Australia but working in health, I see firsthand how important our State response is to protect us. I am very proud to be part of the Westminster community and see how we have rallied to look after our children and one another.

Thank you to everyone who stepped up to help in so many different ways. We are still in a ‘post lockdown’ period of restrictions so plans are again up in the air as to what we can do in Term 3. As things settle, I know there are some great Parents’ Club, Boarder Parents’ Association and WOSA events planned, even if some rescheduling may have to take place for some of them. Friends of Music are champing at the bit to provide refreshments once more for upcoming concerts that are marked in the calendar.

Let’s see how we go, and again, not only as the President of Friends of Westminster, but as a Westminster parent, thank you to all of you who, together, make ours the best School community I know.
