A Uniting Church coeducational independent day and boarding school on Kaurna Country, Adelaide, South Australia
Early Learning to Year 12
With Stage 3 of the Campus Masterplan underway, it is timely for us to consider what Westminster can offer to extend our hours of student support. By 2022, our new Dining Hall and Library will be operational to extend our hours of service to include supervised study sessions and meals. For now though, we are keen to find out if we have any families who may be interested in learning more about our plans for flexible boarding options.
Broadly, these include:
The Long Day model will be beneficial for parents with late work commitments by providing a productive evening structure for their son or daughter before pick-up. This model would be structured to include tutorials and study supervision. Some students find School as the best place to study so this option would allow them to stay later and achieve more.
We look forward to providing more flexible options for all Westminster students to engage with their learning, collaborate with their peers and experience everything that the School has to offer. We know there is a great synergy to be created by allowing day students and boarding students to spend more time together.
If you are interested in flexible boarding and would like to know about what is being proposed for trial in the first instance, please register using the form below. Please note that filling in the form does not commit you to using the service, we are just aiming to gauge interest at this point.
If you have any questions, please contact me at the School via Email or T: 08 8276 0276 to discuss these options further.
