Movie Fundraiser - MAVKA, The Forest Song

Former long-serving staff member Diane Howarth (1988 to 2008) is holding a movie afternoon at Event Cinemas Marion on Sunday 4 June in support of rebuilding a school in Ukraine.

Diane describes MAVKA, The Forest Song as being a beautiful, animated story based on Ukrainian folklore, suitable for all ages. It was produced in Ukraine by FILM UA Group and distributed by Disney. The movie has received excellent reviews.

Tickets $25 for adults and $15 for children. Afternoon tea is included with lolly bags for children. Doors open at 2.40 pm for afternoon tea with the movie starting at 3.30 pm.
