New Boarding Precinct
Boarding has been an essential part of the Westminster experience since the very beginning. Today, while our Girl Boarders live in modern home units, our Boy Boarders remain in the 1964 building. There is no place for all the Boarders to meet, socialise, study or relax together; no large common room they can call their own. Rather than attempt another refurbishment, we are seizing the opportunity to create a purpose built facility.
We are working on an impressive new Boys' Boarding House and co-ed Recreation Centre for all Boarders, to be constructed in the south-western corner of the School grounds, adjacent to the existing home unit accommodation for Girl Boarders.
If you would like to contribute to this exciting new project, please visit our Online Giving page, or alternatively, contact Director of Development, Miranda Starke, T: 08 8276 0202, M: 0409 919 510 or E: mstarke@westminster.sa.edu.au.
