Year Levels of Entry
Early Learning Centre
When your son or daughter is three years old they can start in our Early Learning Centre. Please complete an application form as soon as possible after your child is born.
Year 5
In Year 5, we usually have three classes, up from two classes in Year 4. Therefore you can be confident that if you put your son or daughter’s name down for Year 5 entry you will be offered a position.
Year 8
In Year 8, we usually have five classes, up from three classes in Year 7. We have many students join us from public schools and other private schools at the start of Year 8.
Year 10
Year 10 is an excellent year to start at Westminster. We have students starting in Year 10 from public schools, other private schools, and country and overseas students entering our boarding houses.
We also welcome students to join us at other year levels at any time as long as we have places available.
