Current Opportunities 

Business Analyst / Project Manager

Fixed term full-time role (3 years)

We are searching for a suitably experienced person to facilitate the delivery of modern, integrated information systems and streamlined business processes as the lead resource for a suite of IT projects. 

You will be able to perform all aspects of the end-to-end system implementation process. You will prepare functional specifications based on an analysis of business requirements and processes. You will manage multiple projects from procurement to testing, user acceptance, roll out and handover.

You will be able to demonstrate success in facilitating change to business systems and employee practices that solve business problems and improve business outcomes.  Your experience in working influentially with stakeholders at multiple levels will be critical for meeting project milestones and deliverables.

Property Services Manager

Permanent full-time role

We are searching for a suitably experienced person to lead our Property Services team, to ensure that Westminster’s properties, facilities and equipment are safe and serviceable, and reflect our standing as a leading independent school.

You will develop and implement programmed and preventive plans of work, and contribute to maintenance programs through your trade skills. You will use your knowledge of regulatory requirements, including WHS, to ensure compliance and safety. You will develop annual budget submissions for maintenance and minor capital works and manage expenditure within approved budgets. You will create a work environment for Property Services staff that facilitates high levels of engagement, customer service, discretionary effort, teamwork and development, as well as performing line management responsibilities. You will also manage contractor engagements and campus security.

You will be able to demonstrate success in building teamwork within your team, and in gaining and maintaining the trust and confidence of leaders and staff at all levels through your customer focus and reliable service delivery.
