There are many opportunities for students to perform, within school and outside School. These have included the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award ceremony at Government House, performances at Adelaide venues such as the Promethean, the Southern Jazz Club and the Governor Hindmarsh Hotel, and venues such as Adelaide Town Hall, Elder Hall and Norwood Concert Hall. Performances each year include Music Night, at which curricular and co-curricular music groups and individuals perform, and smaller concerts, at which Preparatory and Senior School curricular and co-curricular music perform that include soloists, bands and choirs. Musicals are popular and different year levels perform a production, either annually or biennially, in the Michael Murray Centre for Performing Arts. In addition, many visiting musical ensembles, dancers and actors perform for the students. Recent special guest performers include Don Burrows, Kevin Hunt, James Morrison, Glenn Shorrock, Brian Cadd, Carl Riseley and Kate Ceberano.
Drama and Dance Performances
Opportunities are provided for students to perform on the stage of the Michael Murray Centre for Performing Arts in music, drama and dance. The musicals encompass different year levels and usually include a dance segment and provide further opportunities for students to hone their skills.
Part of the reqiurement of SACE 1 and 2 Drama and Dance are that the students are provided with opportunities to perform. Therefore there are public dance and drama presentations at student assemblies, for parent groups and the wider community throughout the year, with a final moderation performance at the end of each year.

There are well over 70 performances throughout the year in music, dance and drama which provide a wonderful outlet for the students.
